Starting with FivePay without printing documents. How to begin the partnership?

Starting a partnership with a sales platform should not mean days of waiting, printing documents, scanning them and sending signed contracts.

At FivePay, the entire process happens online. To start the partnership, all you need to do is register an account, read the Partner Agreement and accept its terms.

This is a legal and widely used method of concluding contracts electronically. The absence of a paper document does not mean a partnership 'without a contract' — the contract is concluded electronically on the terms set out in the agreement. Polish law allows declarations of intent to be made electronically, and the agreement can define the rules for concluding and carrying out such a partnership.

No printing, signing or sending a contract

In the traditional model, starting a partnership may require:

Is a contract concluded online legal?

Yes. A contract does not always have to take the form of a paper document with handwritten signatures.

The intention to conclude a contract can also be expressed electronically, for example by ticking the relevant checkbox during registration and accepting the previously provided agreement. The agreement should be available before the contract is concluded in a way that allows it to be saved and later reproduced.

Accepting the Partner Agreement means that a contract defining the rules for using the platform is concluded between the Partner and FivePay.

The absence of a paper contract therefore does not mean the absence of protection or terms. All the most important conditions are contained in a single document, accessible to both parties.

What does the Partner Agreement cover?

The Partner Agreement describes the most important principles of cooperation with FivePay, including:

• ▸rules for creating and managing an account,
• ▸conditions for adding servers and products,
• ▸order fulfilment rules,
• ▸commission rate and calculation method,
• ▸how the Partner's remuneration is calculated,
• ▸settlement timelines and conditions,
• ▸FivePay's and the Partner's obligations,
• ▸complaint handling rules,
• ▸conditions for account suspension or termination of cooperation.

This allows the Partner to check exactly how the cooperation works and on what terms their shop will operate before they start selling.

How to start the FivePay partnership?

The whole process consists of a few simple steps.

1. Register an account

Create a Partner account, provide the required details and secure access to your panel.

2. Read the Partner Agreement

Before accepting the partnership, you can read all the applicable rules and save the agreement on your device.

3. Accept the terms of cooperation

Accepting the agreement is the electronic way of concluding a contract with FivePay. You do not need to additionally print or sign a separate document.

4. Add your server

In the panel, fill in the server name, description, logo, colour scheme and other required information.

5. Create your shop offer

You can add, among other things:

• ▸individual products,
• ▸ranks,
• ▸packages and bundles,
• ▸promotions,
• ▸discount codes,
• ▸product graphics.

6. Download the integration

After adding products, download the FivePay script or the current configuration file. The configuration automatically populates with the products in your shop.

Once the integration is correctly connected, purchased products can be delivered to players instantly, without the need to manually check payments or handle each order via a ticket.

Do you need to provide all settlement details right away?

You can start configuring your shop after creating an account and accepting the agreement.

However, before the first settlement, you will need to complete the required data and go through the Partner verification process. This allows us to confirm who the settlement is due to and transfer it to the correct bank account.

Anyone who is of legal age and can independently accept the terms of cooperation and be responsible for the account can become a FivePay Partner.

Can you sign an individual contract?

Yes. Standard cooperation with FivePay is based on the accepted Partner Agreement and does not require signing a separate paper contract.

However, we understand that some server owners may prefer a traditional document format. Therefore, at the Partner's request and after individual discussion of terms, we can prepare a separate contract for signing.

An individual contract may be useful, among other things, when:

• ▸the Partner wants an additional document confirming the cooperation,
• ▸the server requires non-standard terms,
• ▸the cooperation involves individually prepared solutions,
• ▸the parties agree on special rules or additional obligations,
• ▸the cooperation concerns a larger project requiring separate arrangements.

However, signing an individual contract is not obligatory. For most servers, the far more convenient solution will be to start the partnership online by registering and accepting the agreement.

What does FivePay take responsibility for?
